WHY THE UNITED STATES IS AN EMBARRASSMENT
The United States used to be a powerful, world power other countries thought of an example to look up to. Today, the Republican Party has pretty much shredded that image. The leading candidate, Donald J. Trump stands for everything that is unamerican. He wants to build a nearly 2,000 mile wall on the U.S.-Mexican border, eliminate a constitutional amendment that allows people born in our country automatic citizens, and is ruining relations with our 3rd largest trade partner.
WHAT THIS SAYS TO THE WORLD
The fact that a Trump says these things, and people still vote for him says American's do not know how to elect a true leader. With all the issues that face the world, this says we are bigots and racists, if we are able to elect a man such as Mr. Trump. Electing Trump is like electing Adolf Hitler as president.
Americans should be electing someone who can truly inspire us to want to be better people. We should be having an election that candidates can debate the issues that affect America and the world. We shouldn't be electing a candidate that drives people to violence just because its entertaining. I'm not saying who to elect, but elect someone who isn't in it for themselves.
WHAT CAN WE DO?
We can send a message to Mr. Tru mp, if you want to President act like one. Instead of attacking candidates over issues that don't define a candidate, Debate REAL issues, outline specific proposals to policies that will help Americans have a better life. Stop talking about how rich you are, and say how you will help us. ACT like a real President
